Light flakes
Melting range 50 - 65ºC
Density 1.00 g/cm3

HOMOGENIZERS

Resin blend with aliphatic predominance. Homogenizer designed for light mixtures. Promotes homogenization between elastomers of different polarities and viscosities. Dosage 5 to 10 phr
Yellow tablet
Softening range 85 - 95ºC
Density 1.10 g/cm3

Resin blend. Homogenizer designed for dark mixtures, promotes homogenization between elastomers of different polarities and viscosities. Viscosity reduction is quickly achieved in the composition, facilitating the incorporation of ingredients. Reduces the tendency to "Bagging". Increases extrusion rates without increasing "die swell". Improves calendering properties. Improves green tack. Dosage 5 to 10 phr
Dark tablet
Softening range 96 - 106ºC
Density 1.06 g/cm3o

TACK AGENT

Dark Tablet
Softening range 85 - 95ºC
Density 1,02 g/cm3

ANTIOZONANTS

Paraffinic hydrocarbon fraction. Physical antiozonant. It has the ability to gradually surface on the rubber surface and promote protection against ozone attack. Dosage 1 to 3 phr (Attenuates the migration of other ingredients at a dosage of 0.5 to 1 phr.)
White flakes
Melting range 53 - 65ºC
Density 0.90 g/cm3

Light beige pellet
Melting range: 120 - 125ºC
Density 1.10 g/cm3

Coupling Agent

Bis (triethoxysilylpropyl) tetrasulfide 50% coated with additives and inert fillers. Easy to handle, provides better mixture processability. Silanomaster Q 50 reacts with silanol groups and silica during the mixing process and with polymer during the vulcanization process. Improves TR, increases modulus, reduces permanent deformation, increases abrasion resistance and optimizes dynamic properties.
