Q - Plast PPDB-G is a masterbach fluidity modifier, specially developed to alter the Melt Index of Polypropylene. The fluidity index of Polypropylene increases the greater the quantity of Q - Plast PPDB-G used, due to the intensive degradation of the polymer chains. The quantities to be used vary from 0.2% to 1.0% on the virgin or recycled resin, depending on how much the Melt Index is to be increased. Proceed in the usual way, incorporating Q - Plast PPDB-G in the initial phase of the mixing process, in a mixer or binder.

Q-Plast PEHC-M is a peroxide for crosslinking PE in rotational molding processes. Peroxide masterbatch for crosslinking polyolefins. Typical crosslinking temperature: 185°C (rheometer t90 approx. 12 min.). Dosage 2.0% - 3.5% by weight. For more efficient crosslinking, it is recommended to use together with 0.6 - 1.0% by weight of the coagent TACMASTER Q70.

Q – Plast HA-L is an organic compound specially developed to increase fluidity in Polypropylene. P: The process of increasing PP fluidity occurs at the time of extrusion or injection, at temperatures ranging from 180 to 280ºC. It increases fluidity and enables improvements in processing while maintaining the properties of the polymer. It does NOT impart color to the applied product. Incorporate Q-Plast DA-L in the manufacturing process and cold mixing. It is recommended to use it in a proportion of 0.1 to 1.0%.

It's an odor-less fluidity modifier. Enhances polypropylene fluidity at the moment of extrusion, around 180 and 280°C. It degrades polymeric chains, allowing a rise in fluidity directly proportional to the utilized dosage. Used in incorporation on the initial phase of the mixing or agglutinating process. Dosage: 0,3 - 0,8% . Higher melt index = higher dosage.

Polyolefin that improves the impact resistance and flexibility of polyethylene and polypropylene. It's cross-linkable and has low density. Dosage: 1 to 5 phr on resin.
